I’m excited to share a guest post with you today from Alyson Stoakley, blogger at Richmond Real Estate Mom. Alyson and I met online, but we’ve since been able to connect in person and even do some business together.
Alyson has fabulous style and her blog is a great resource for meal planning, fashion, and activities to do with your kids. I know you’ll think she’s super cool, just like I do! Since I’ve been slacking off in my weekly meal plannings, I asked Alyson to prepare one for you. Here’s Alyson:
I am a planner. Before I started in real estate, I planned corporate events for a major retailer. I am organized and detail orientated by nature. I can’t go to the grocery store at the beginning of the week and buy a bunch of random ingredients and pull together dinner every night. I have to have a plan. I have been creating weekly menu plans since my husband and I got married nine years ago. For the past three years, I have been posting my menu planner weekly on my blog. Last fall, I started tracking our menu plans in one large book or diary so I could look back for inspiration and make notes on what recipes to keep or ditch.
I decided for this post, I would do some of our tried and true “go-to” recipes. Enjoy!
Monday – Chopped Mexican Salad
Thursday – Turkey Salisbury Steak with White Bean Mash
Friday – Take out or dinner out!
Thank you to Whitney for letting me post my menu planner on her blog this week. For more menu plans, visit my blog, Richmond Real Estate Mom.
