Meal Plan for the Week

If your New Year’s resolution is clean eating, this meal plan should not disappoint.  Here’s what we’re eating at the Watson house this week:

Sunday- Body Back Turkey Chili with Tomato, Corn, and Avocado Salad over Iceberg Lettuce

Monday- Balsamic Marinated Skirt Steak and Greek Salad

Tuesday- Honey-Teriyaki Salmon with Grilled Zucchini and Squash

Wednesday- Fish Tacos with Lime Cilantro Slaw

Thursday- Shrimp Caesar Salad

Friday- Spicy Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Saturday- Leftovers or Eat Out

Things you can prep on Sunday:

  • Marinate the skirt steak.
  • Prepare the lime cilantro sauce for Wednesday’s slaw.
  • Prepare the honey-teriyaki marinade.  Add salmon on Tuesday morning.
