My New Professional Home: First Heritage Mortgage

I would like to share my excitement with you about my new professional home: First Heritage Mortgage. While making the decision to leave was difficult, I am thrilled to now have three new tools available to assist YOU and your clients. Below are just a few of the amazing perks to working with me at First Heritage:

  1. Licensed Loan Officer Assistant | I take pride in the fact that I am available when you and your clients need me most. Now I can offer an even higher level of service with my assistant Danny Schulhafer. Danny is a licensed loan officer, previously working as an independent loan officer for a refi shop, so he knows mortgage well. On the off-chance I am unavailable during normal business hours, Danny will be able to answer questions you may have and even provide you with an updated pre-approval letter, making sure you get what you need FAST.
  2. New Loan Products | I now have access to a portfolio product for scenarios that don’t fit in the Fannie/Freddie/HUD guidelines. I can also do construction/perm loans if you want to build your dream home with a local Richmond builder.
  3. Location | I am now located in Innsbrook on Cox Road with easy access to the interstate. Being able to meet with you face to face to take your mortgage application, sign disclosures, explain the process, set expectations, and introduce you to my team sets the stage for a smooth transaction and happy clients.

I’m excited to work with you in 2015!  I believe it’s going to be an awesome year with rates continuing to stay low and the new lower FHA mortgage insurance rates.  Please contact me with any questions you may have about working with me and/or the mortgage process.

Here’s my new office, located at 4551 Cox Road.

Stay tuned for future posts regarding some new products I have access to!
